API Cementing Tools Oilfield Drilling Equipment Casing Float Collar Float Shoe Standard Single Valve

Product Description

Float equipment serves as the backbone of casing equipment used during primary cementing operations. Float equipment guides the casing to total depth and prevents contaminated mud from entering the casing. It also provides a landing point for casing wiper plugs, reinforces the lower end of the casing string, and ensures precise cement slurry displacement.

Hi Flow valves to reduce fluid erosion and minimize pressure drop
Available in two sizes: 70mm and 90mm
PDC drillable composite plastic materials for valve components
Standard seal rated to 150°C with optional 204°C seal
Valve body molded with fiber phenolic, rated for 70MPa and 204°C
High-quality spring from Canada Victory Spring Company
Plunger seal top molded with HNBR, rated for 70MPa and 204°C
